STUDENT LIFE CONFERENCE: Daytona Beach July 13 - 17th! Camp-wide worship services with Student Life favorites (Louie Giglio, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band, and Leeland)! Twice each day we’ll meet at the Ocean Center, which is located in the heart of the Daytona Beach resort area and just 400 feet from the Atlantic Ocean! Daytona is going to be an incredible mix of sand, sun, incredible leadership and of course students for a sweet summer camp experience. Intentional time in God’s Word Flexible schedule for maximum group time .

Meal options: eat out or cook with your group!
Our Week Includes: *Lodging at the hotel/condo for 4 nights. *Event programming for 4 mornings and 4 evenings (Celebration & Worship) *Late Nite Concert (when applicable) *Parking at worship center *1 t-shirt per person *1 camp magazine per person *Transportation and some meals

May 20th - A night of worship with Bryan Auton and his band *this is also the LAST wed night youth group meeting (as we will not be meeting regularly during the summer months). ALSO 6:00pm: Parents AND Students meeting for summer camp information (VERY IMPORTANT! We will try and have a follow up closer to camp if there is a need/desire...)
May 31st - June 7th - REMAINING BALANCE due for camp ($300 for those of you who have paid the $50 conference deposit and $50 housing deposit)
June 8th - Braves Game. Leave CBC by 4:30pm. Dinner at the Varsity.
July 12th-17th - a week at Daytona beach with friends for Summer Camp 2009
ALSO in the works are several summer activities including a day at Six Flags, and even a one day road trip (possibly to Chattanooga????) So stay tuned for details and dates to be nailed down for these!!
Looking forward to a fun ending to this awesome semester, an exciting summer break full of fun activities, AND a beyond brilliant Kickoff for the 2009 School Year in August (planning has already begun for another year of The Way... and trust us, you do NOT want to miss all that is to come!!!)

Bring a favorite game if you have one... or a deck of cards so we can play NERTZ! :)
AND, if some of you could bring a snack or dessert, it would go a long way in making our "normal meal" somewhat more FUN! ***(HEY, wait a minute - April 1st is "April Fool's Day. right? Well we are no fools! Come out and have a great time together!!!)

HeY EverRyONE!
Don't forget about our fun activity coming up this week... Saturday Feb 28th from 5:00 - 8:00.
Please plan on meeting at U.S. Play off Barrett Pkwy at 5:00 pm. We
will then head next door to Costco as a group for dinner (pizza of
course...) and then back to U.S. Play for our 2 hours of unlimited
bowling. It's gonna be a BLAST! And it will only cost $10 for dinner AND more bowling than you can handle! So get ready!
Parents: please make plans to join the rest of the high school parents
at Doug and Kim Willman's house for food and fellowship during this
time as well. Hope to see you all there!

| Wed Feb 11th: First night on sharing Marriage; L to R: Shannon, Bryan, & Todd encourage the teens to resist what the world preaches about dating & marriage.

NEW for 2009 @ CBC: THE WAY YOUTH GROUP A new get together for our teenagers, and their friends, led by Bryan & Kaley Auton, and Shannon Mueller officially began in January with a great turnout to enjoy a bonfire night & BBQ (in the coooold!)
*The WAY will meet every Wednesday Night, beginning @ 6:30pm for a light dinner, then a great time of fellowship & singing, along with teaching that is important to the teenage perspective. (Parents are always welcome to sit in).
